If you extend your subscription, you may continue using Live Home 3D until the end of your extended subscription period.
You may have the option to extend your subscription or convert to a perpetual license. If you licensed Live Home 3D additional features on a subscription basis, Licensor grants to you a non-exclusive, personal, limited right to use and access Live Home 3D additional features for the subscription period for which you have paid the applicable subscription fees, subject to the terms of this License Agreement and any other terms and conditions accompanying Live Home 3D. This license does not allow you to use Live Home 3D and/or Live Home 3D Pro on any Apple Device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make Live Home 3D and/or Live Home 3D Pro available over a network in violation of the Usage Rules. This license granted to you for Live Home 3D and/or Live Home 3D Pro by Licensor is limited to a nontransferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products running macOS, collectively "Apple Device(s)", that you own or control and as permitted by the usage rules set forth in the Mac App Store, App Store and iBookstore Terms and Conditions (the "Usage Rules"). Your license to Live Home 3D and/or Live Home 3D Pro under this End User License Agreement is granted by BeLight Software, Ltd ("Licensor"), not Apple. Your license to Live Home 3D and/or Live Home 3D Pro product that you obtain through the Internet download or the App Store Service is subject to your prior acceptance of this Live Home 3D and Live Home 3D Pro End User License Agreement.
